Monte Cristo Waffles

Ingredients:

Le Waf bag of dry mix
2
cups
buttermilk
2
eggs
beaten
½
lb
thinly sliced ham
1
cup
shredded gruyere cheese
4
eggs
for drying
Preparation:
Step 1: It's simple, really: Use Le Waf Dry Mix and add water or buttermilk!
Step 2: Mix & divide
Step 3: Melt ½ tbs butter in a pan over high heat. Crack one egg in it. Cook until bubbling on the edges, flip over. Cook until whites are set.
Step 4: Bake in Le Waf Waffle Iron 12-15 minutes until the waffles look golden brown. If the top is golden brown, the bottom should be too.
Step 5: Serve with powdered sugar, maple syrup, and a fried egg on top.
